Kalilka Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd.(KLBSL) is a 'D' class bank licensed from Nepal Rastra Bank under the Bank and Financial Institution Act, 2063 and commenced financial transaction in Bhadra 4, 2067. It modified conventional banking practice by removing the need for collateral and created a banking system based on mutual co-operation, trust, participation and accountability. KLBSL provides credit to the poorest of the poor in rural areas of different ethnic caste and different religion deprived of fulfillment of their entrepreneurship dream, with or without collateral according to KLBSL loan policy. At KLBSL, credit is a cost-effective weapon to fight poverty and it serves as a catalyst in the overall development of socio-economic conditions of the poor who have been kept outside the banking orbit.
In the journey of KLBSL, to achieve our aim and extend our network we, Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. and Janasewi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. merged with each other and commenced the joint operation from Poush 23, 2076. After the merger we are able to provide excellence service and reach out more people who are deprived of banking experience.
We currently provide our services such as loans, deposits, and remittance services through our 100 branch offices in 36 district.
